Kudan Group (KG) is Chicagoland’s premiere hospitality commercial real estate firm. KG is a boutique firm that specializes in Real Estate Sales, Leasing, Business Brokerage and Tenant Representation, with a primary focus in the Hospitality Industry. For over 20 years KG has been involved in hundreds of restaurant and bar transactions, in addition to cannabis dispensaries, entertainment venues, breweries, etc. KG is currently seeking applicants for commercial brokers.
Responsibilities:
- Assume all real estate fiduciary responsibilities
- Update & enhance property flyers, photos and other miscellaneous marketing materials for listings
- Manage clients and listing appointments
- Perform showings
- Procure transactions from letter of intent to closing
Desired Skills & Experience
- Currently holding a license in Real Estate
- Experience in the hospitality industry a plus
- Detail oriented, organized and able to multi-task amongst transactions and listings
- Comfortable working in a busy environment
Education:
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience:
- Broker: 3 years (Preferred)
- Hospitality Industry
